Things people ask before their first order.
Do I need to have a design already?
No. Most customers send us a photo of their shop, an old menu or a logo and we design from there. If you already have artwork, we'll check it and print it.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, what you need, and any text or prices that must appear. A logo helps if you have one. Photos of the shop help us match colours to the real thing.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes. Send anything you've had printed before and we'll match the colours, fonts and tone so the new pieces sit alongside it.
Will I see it before it's printed?
Always. You get a proof on WhatsApp or email and nothing goes to print until you say yes. Changes at the proof stage are part of the job.
Do you deliver and fit?
We deliver locally around Ruskington, Sleaford and Lincoln, and we fit signs and window stickers ourselves. Further afield, we post.
Can you build my website too?
